This book “GATEway to Chemical Engineering (set of 5 volumes)” was authored by myself (m subbu) along with my coauthors: d k sandilya, k nagarajan, s siddarth, and r pavan. This set was released in 2018. This consists of elaborate notes, objective type questions with reasoning, and problems with solutions. This covers the core subjects of Chemical engineering. The contents of individual volumes are:
Volume | Subjects | Authors | Pages |
---|---|---|---|

This book volumes are based on the solutions to the GATE Examination. The questions of GATE-CH in the years 2000-2018 are included in the book. Some nice questions from other streams of GATE such as BT, CE, ME, MN, MT, PI, and XE and added in appropriate subjects. The notes are based on nice points taken from several good books on chemical engineering. The solutions to the questions are based learning of the authors over several years of teaching. Good reasonning are given connecting the subjects.
GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) is an examination conducted jointly by IITs and IISc of India.
