The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is an examination that primarily tests the conceptual understanding of key aspects of core subjects of engineering at the undergraduate level. Preparing to GATE will help one to assess his learning at the national level, in addition to getting admission to higher education or the ultimate objective of getting placed in top notch core companies.
GATE-CH tests the understanding in the core subjects of Chemical Engineering namely: Process Calculations, Thermodynamics, Fluid Mechanics, Mechanical Operations, Heat Transfer, Mass Transfer, Reaction Engineering, Process Control, Process Economics, Process Equipment Design, Chemical Technology, Mathematics and General Aptitude.
The primary coach for this course - MSubbu (Dr. M. Subramanian) is a Professional of Chemical Engineering. He is a doctorate from IIT Madras. He is a passionate academician, researcher, author, and publisher. Along with him there is an expert team to handle specific subjects.
MSubbu has taken up GATE exams in 1994, 1996, and 2003. In 2003, he got a All India Rank (AIR) of 24 among about 7,000 participants. His own preparation to take up GATE exam, and to guide the students resulted in nice books "An Insight into Chemical Engineering", "GATEway to Chemical Engineering (set of 5 volumes)", and "GATEway to General Aptitude" which are the best-sellers for GATE. His in-person guidance to students of SVCE, and SSN resulted in students getting placements in IOCL, BPCL, ONGC, SPIC, etc. His books, web-resources, youtube-videos, and online classes are serving the Chemical Engineering community in understanding the topics in crisp and subjects in depth.
Review of all the subjects of Chemical Engineering as per GATE syllabus (including General Aptitude and Mathematics) - self-study of recorded materials.
Discussing typical conceptual questions, and questions adapted from good books and materials.
Periodic assessments by the way of automated quizzes.
Recorded Lectures (120 hours), and Live discussions (30 hours) of conceptual questions and formulas, Doubt clarifications, Automated Assessments.
