Cancellation of purchased courses is not possible.
Cancellation of registration for live lectures is possible if cancellation is done 48 hours prior to the start of the event. However, a cancellation processing fee of Rs. 200/- will be deducted. The registration amount will be refunded upon deducting the cancellation charges. To process the refund and credit the amount to the customer’s bank account, it will take 5-7 working days from the date of refund request.
Books: If the book is received in damaged condition due to mishandling by courier services, you shall notify us through mail. We will send new books.
